The summer transfer window has officially opened and now that the World Cup has come and gone, clubs are working away on major deals. For most clubs, planning will already be complete and they will have identified which players they want to sign, and which players they want to sell.

Galatasaray have reportedly submitted a €45 million bid for Gabriel Martinelli. The Brazilian international’s future at Arsenal is uncertain as he’s entered the last year of his contract and the reported offer would represent a club record fee.

Inter Milan are pushing to sign Curtis Jones from Liverpool this summer and believe a deal could be agreed for around €35m. The academy graduate could look to depart Anfield in search of regular first-team minutes

Cristian Romero is edging closer to leaving Tottenham with the defender set to join Atlético Madrid. It’s understood a deal has been agreed in principal for the Spurs captain to join the Spanish club for €40m.
